Terms & Conditions

  • The design and price quoted when the order is placed are customized for you; hence, any further changes in design or modifications will lead to changes in price and delivery timings.
  • Personalized designs and specifications can take up to 5-6 working days.
  • Orders will only be accepted once payment is received and the order number is confirmed by MoVa and the customer.
  • Production turnaround time is approximately 7-10 working days after payment is received and order confirmation. Please note that these are basic time guidelines, and while we try to adhere to them, there may be situations leading to delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, and the timeline can extend to 2-3 working weeks.
  • No exchange or refund will be offered under any circumstances once the order is placed or delivered.
  • Minor modifications, such as sizing, can be done at the discretion of the management and may incur an additional charge.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified.
  • A price offered within the context of special offers is exclusively limited to the special campaign. No promotions can be combined with any other discounts or offers.
  • The personalized and customized goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
  • We handle the goods with care until the transfer of ownership has taken place. After that, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure the products are taken care of and no damages occur to the product.
  • Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the personalized items. After this period, we will not be held responsible for product mishandling.
  • All designs, raw material products, and images are the sole property of Piece of You.
  • All personalized and customized jewelry are final sale and have been manufactured according to customer specifications. MoVa is not liable for errors resulting from customer instructions or specifications.
  • All diamond jewelry comes with an in-house certificate of authenticity.
  • All gold jewelry comes with a government-approved 750/18kt or 585/14kt stamp.
  • All our jewelry can be rechecked for authenticity (and other details) at any jewelry store of your choice.
  • Lifetime warranty and repairs for manufacturing defects will be taken care of by MoVa.
